1. Hoisted before 10 am: All Professional Eyecare and Hearing Care Centres appointments will be cancelled without prior notice.
2. Hoisted during the service hours:
i) Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above: All Professional Eyecare and Hearing Care Centres will gradually cease operations depending on the circumstances at the time. However, customers who have arrived would consider the weather and traffic at the time and to leave our centres under safe conditions. For customers who have pre-scheduled appointments but are unable to visit our centres due to the above situations, please call our centres for rescheduling.
ii) Black Rainstorm Signal: All Professional Eyecare and Hearing Care Centres will continue operating. Customers are advised to contact the centre for inquiries regarding their scheduled service arrangements. (Click here to check centre information).
3. Cancelled during the service hours:
All Professional Eyecare and Hearing Care Centres will be resumed within 2 hours after the Signal is cancelled.
i) For appointments scheduled within 2 hours after the Signal is cancelled, all appointments will be cancelled. Customers are advised not to visit the centres.
ii) For appointments scheduled 2 hours after the Signal is cancelled, customers are advised to visit our centres under safe conditions or call us for rescheduling according to the weather and traffic at the time.
4. Cancelled after 4pm: All Professional Eyecare and Hearing Care Centres* will remain closed for the rest of the day. Our staff will contact you for rescheduling on the following working day when our services are resumed normally.
*If cancelled after 3:30pm on Saturday, Mong Kok Hearing Care Centre will remain closed for the rest of the day.
