- Perform ERP and POS implementation
- Handle system testing, problem identification and bug fixing
- Collect user requirements
- Develop user reports using reporting tools
- Provide daily support to end users
- Responsible for system documentation and user training
We are looking for
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum four years of ERP support experience
- Hands-on experience in retail systems such as BOSS SIS & POS
- Familiar with RDMBS (Sybase, MS Access, SQL Server, MySQL, etc)
- Experience in Java, VBScript, PowerBuilder, C++ or VB preferred
- Attention to details and strong sense of responsibility
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
